I will never donate at this place again I’m not that hard up for $65 I came in there to make a couple bucks stepped out of line because of how long they took I was the only person in line the girls were dragging their feet then I stepped outside to check on my car when I came back in a split second later I’m standing in line 20 more minutes nobody told me that I couldn’t leave to go to my car for a split second they let me stand in line an additional 20 minutes and then when it was time for me to get stuck told me that I had to be rescreened nobody compensated me or anything. Unless you’re desperate, don’t go here they’re very unprofessional.

They’ve lessened the pay massively and don’t want to provide knowledge on what y’all be paid when you call and ask them. All centers tell me there pay before I come because the pay decides if it’s even worth the trip of going out there. They need to bring back the 825$ and stop being cheap. The line is normally extensive also.

I called to ask about new donor donation fees. I wanted to know before I wasted my gas. The lady told me they couldn’t discuss it over the phone like they self incriminating their selves. I don’t like that because why waste gas when you can tell me over the phone? I might not want to donate because I don’t like the fees.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The managers here are very rude ESPECIALLY CHRIS HE ABUSES HIS POWER AS A MANAGER AND DISRESPECTS EVERYONE WHO COMES INTO THAT BUILDING. other employees have complained about his attitude and so have donors. No way he is still working there. He most definitely need to be fired being disrespectful to everyone who comes and donates

Waste of time, I was there for almost 3 hours, while I’m on the table about to donate when they tell me I can’t because of my tattoos. I saw 3 people before that, one of whom I asked directly and she said it should be fine. Did you know that they map your tattoos? It’s one of the forst things they do with new donors. Why wasn’t I told then that due to the location of my tattoos I’d be ineligible to donate? I’m beyond furious. While they did compensate me $50 for my time it still doesn’t seen like enough.
