Since the moment I walked in my first time, I was happily greeted by some amazing people. The front desk is so kind and especially the staff assisting the donation. Terrell has helped with a few of my donations and always gets it right. He makes me feel so comfortable and I never feel the needle with him!! I definitely recommend donating to anyone willing to give it a go!

Everything was so easy from start to finish as a new donor! Everyone was kind, friendly, and ready to answer any questions or concerns. The whole process took about 3 hours start to finish and each step moved along efficiently. Bill the on-site paramedic was great!

I had the best experience from the front desk to the actual donation! Everyone was so friendly and informative, answering all my questions. Mrs. Ebony is a very knowledgeable and caring nurse that is GREAT at her job! This was by far the best experience I’ve had at a donation center. Will definitely be a returning member!

Throughout my visit, Mrs. Ebony’s attentiveness was evident in every interaction. She took the time to listen to my concerns, ensuring that I felt heard and understood. She genuine interest in addressing my questions and providing thorough explanations went above and beyond my expectations. It was refreshing to encounter someone so dedicated to patient care.

BioLife is a great place to come and make some extra money. The staff at the Mount Juliet by life is very helpful and very effective. The wait time is very little. I am usually in and out without two hours. Terrell is wonderful on the staff. He was very personable and talked to me about my career. in addition, it is he stuck me very well and I almost didn’t even feel it. To me the sticking up a needle is the worst part but Terrell did a wonderful job!

I donated here when they first opened..had a couple bad experiences and swore I wouldn’t be back HOWEVER they sent me a email offer I couldn’t refuse so I went back! I gave 3 stars because there was medical trash right beside trash cans right beside the donation beds..as a server I lost tips for a dirty section people notice ‍♀️ now Mr. Bill gets 5 stars very polite and well mannered he did a great job in making me feel welcomed UPDATE it’s 3wks in to coming back and they still don’t have their stuff together I just drove all the way from Watertown to get turned away because of something on their end!! ANN the nurse has an awful awful attitude! And ya just not worth the headache still

Worse biolife i’ve been to, I along with MANY other people were left waiting 2 hours or more for a physical that takes 20 mins. during our waiting time, no one, absolutely no one checked in on us or let us know if we’d be attended. someone had to ask when we’d get an update and if we’d even be attended but they kept saying there was an emergency, you’d think if there was an emergency they’d take whoever was affected to ,Idk, an ER or immediate care, the rent a nurses here aren’t going to help if it’s been more than two hours of “Emergency”, any person with common sense would understand, the attitude of the staff was friendly but the supervisor with purple bandana and nurses seem to lack empathy or common sense, i’d have them tested to see if they got a brain rotting disease from an accidental poke to themselves. by far the worse location i’ve been to. Will not be coming back, if i wanted to be given attitude and judged after waiting patiently for hours I’d be the husband of the miserable supervisor

I waited almost 3 hours to get through all the blood work and questions only to get rejected and sent home for clearing my throat during the physical. I told the nurse it was normal for me and I was not having allergy symptoms but she totally disregarded me. Complete waste of time and gas to drive out there.

I came in today for my appointment for a physical and donation. I feel I need to note that I have donated plasma over a course of YEARS. I have NEVER been deferred for sniffing my nose ONCE. When I informed the nurse it was due to it being cold in the facility she corrected me and said “that’s actually a mild sign of allergies. Also your eyes look a little watery.” I had just put fresh contacts in this morning. Are my eyes supposed to look dry? I was also interrogated about why I have the prescriptions that I do. My answers for why I have certain medications were not good enough for her. She also interogatted me about an old knee injury. I have NEVER been treated this way at a plasma donation center. I am hesitant to come back.

Awesome staff and Jade is one of the friendliest faces I’ve ever met. In and out every time with little to no long lines. Very seamless operation!
