The best place I’ve donated, by a wide margin. Efficient, clean, good snacks, nice people. Oscar in particular was great. My arm tends to heal more quickly here as well.

I come here to donate every 2 to 8 weeks, and I have only always had exceptional experiences! The staff are so welcoming, caring, and attentive. The snacks and coffee maker are super nice. I always get a latte right before sitting in the donation chairs where you can watch any tv show or movie. They give you heated blankets and check on you often. If you’re uncomfortable or thirsty or hungry, just ask and they bring you anything you need. The free movie tickets are a nice bonus 🙂 I havent paid for a movie in 3 years.

This is a wonderful place to donate blood and platelets. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. I started donated during the pandemic and I always feel that the area is safe and clean. They adhere to Covid-19 restrictions very well.

The staff is amazing and the perfect blend of professional and personable. If you are donating for someone in particular in ucla hospital care ask for Theresa’s office, or Mathew in Theresa’s office when you make your appointment.

This place is the best donation center I’ve ever seen. It is spotlessly clean, both in the waiting area and in the donation area. They supply beverages and snacks before and after the donation and there is a volunteer hostess in the area to make you aware that you can have whatever you wish. The personnel really care about you and your comfort, bringing a warm blanket if you feel chilled, offering the ability to watch a movie during the donation, etc. They come by several times to be sure you are ok. And parking is free. The outside of the building is a little sketchy, but don’t let that bother you. Inside is great.
