I would have to admit that this place is on point with everything and everyone they got going there. The staff is wonderful and at times it may get a little bit busy, the staff always seems to move each donor along while still providing the best care and attention each donor may or may not need. Any anxiety i had before donating there was totally swiped away with my second visit. So i would choose them over any other donation place.

When referring someone expect to get the run around. I referred my husband and the funds showed on the app but the plasma center didn’t know what the hell they are supposed to do. Corporate said the center has to release the money but the center was clueless. It’s not worth referring anyone if you will get the run around. They pay to donate is low. It’s clean and the process doesn’t hurt. When first signing up to donate expect a 2 to 3 hour process time depending on the time you arrive. It can be longer if you arrive later in the day so I suggest early in the morning. The staff is nice but ask a lot of questions about your health which is expected to make sure they are getting quality plasma. The chairs are comfortable and they use the easy butterfly needles. FYI: I never received the referral bonus. So don’t waste your time referring people.

I love this place! It’s clean, welcoming, friendly and an all around good experience! I’ve even learned some things about the plasma process and history! It’s nice to help people with medicines as well as make extra money! The staff is wonderful! They are friendly, helpful and informative! Adeline goes above and beyond to provide a great experience from start to finish! I will continue to come here and refer people to come! Thank you Octopharma!

Second time visit- I had a reaction and the gal that helped me was amazing! She was calm, talked me trough it and kept me alert! Not sure of her name but long ponytail and supervisor mentality…..handled my situation with ZEN!!!

Very happy with my experience at Octapharma Plasma Fife, WA location. There is often a line. But the staff are very friendly. And I’ve never had any issues with payments for my donations. I highly recommend this location.

James, apparently the assistant manager, left me dizzy and nauseous for a good long while after I warned him during my draw, and when he did finally respond, apart from him propping my legs up, I had to walk him through helping me. When he pulled my needle after donation was complete, he didn’t clamp off the hose, so he had to hold the still exposed needle above his head to prevent my blood from pouring all over the clinic. He told me I was getting paid $75 and I got $30, the staff are usually great, but THAT is management?! I will not be returning, I’ll sell my body before I’ll sell my plasma to them again.

This is my first experience donating plasma. The process seems a little cumbersome, and the staff seem to be overworked/stressed/not very friendly. But the app works well and you are paid immediately, though don’t count on the money advertised online, it can vary. My max donating 2x a week is $600 for the first month and about half that thereafter. Don’t be in a rush, it can take 3-4 hours your first visit and 1.5-2.5 hours on return visits. Drink lots of fluids and pump your fist quickly to speed the process. Not a bad side hustle, if you are healthy. Plus it helps others!
