I am past the age of being able to donate now but if I could I would not donate here. When I could donate there, it took you forever to Even get to the back. The employees tend to stand around and chit chat with each other instead of taking care of business. It won’t even be crowded and it takes you 3 hours to donate. No thank you. It’s sad I called to asked a question if I was to come would they check to see if they could find my vein so I could donate, because at the other center they said they couldn’t find my vine and I have never had a problem with that. The lady on the phone today at this very facility on this day 07/11/2023 said to me very rudely if they can’t find your vine we can’t find your vein. Yall really have some employees with really bad attitudes and doesn’t know how to talk to people.

Very misleading and false advertising. They state $100 for your 1st 10 visits. When we got there they said, “Oh yah, that’s not right it’s $70. We keep asking them to fix it….” Seems like it should be easy enough to fix the website and take that down. Other than that, everyone we have dealt with in our local office seem very nice and caring. Corporate needs to fix this, now or pay up.

Awesome people and a very efficiently run place. I plan to donate as soon as I can. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to donate the first time yet, even though I have gone through the initial sign up process. My blood pressure was a little too high. 115 first time they took it, and 106 the second. (They’ll only try twice, then you have to wait until the next day)

They are never open. I got turned around as a new donor because the lady didn’t want to accept any more new donors. I have been trying to donate for 2 weeks now after receiving a invite letter In the mail that we had a new plasma center . When I arrived it’s the same rude people who worked for immunotek and a few new people . The fact that they are always closed or closing early. The workers are always talking . I still til this day have not been able to donate as a new donor because this company has workers who will stand there with the door lock and put up a closed for today sign SMH. I would not refer anyone here at all. The customer service experience was horrible and everyone seem like they just work there for a check not because they actually like there job. I have never seen a new plasma center ipen but won’t allow new donors. When you call there office phone no one ever answers or they hang up on you. They are lucky they got a 1 star from me because I had no choice its really a ZERO STARS FOR ME NOT A 1 STAR THEY DONT DESERVE ANY STARS .
