The staff were all patient, understanding, and knowledgeable. They made sure that any and all questions or concerns I had were attended to. Not to mention that the payout for each donation has been immediately, from a few hours on the same to mere minutes after donating. Highly recommend.

I had been to the other location in Clovis primarily. The day before last was my first time going to this location. The way things are supposed is like a fast food chain. Protocols, products, procedures, etc, are supposed to be the same that way there is consistency. I went to this location and was treated completely different t than the other location. Because of this, I was denied being able to donate.

I have been going to Clovis and must of the most of the staff there great. I have had a few word things happen there. The movie channels they put on are all over the map, some very entertaining, some very inappropriate, especially at a place that asks you to dress modestly.

The phlebotomist who attended me was great, she made sure to take her time when finding my vein, I had explained to her how in the past my veins are usually infiltrated. I am very pleased with with the outcome. My arm healed well with no bruising.

It’s fine I guess the little bit money helps me with gas or a sandwich from anyplace is helpful .staff members are kind ,I am homeless an my mom died almost 1 yr ago and my life has never been the same ..so thank you for allowing me to donate my plasma an get a little money 2 times aweek ..I am grateful for the center..

I started donating at Octapharma a month ago. The place is professionally maintained, very clean and for the most part, the staff is cordial and professional. There are a few staff members that can be rude and slightly condescending when denying you a donation chance; Octapharma should train their staff a tad better on “bedside manners”. Overall, however, I’m inclined to give them a fair review
