Excellent, friendly staff and very Professional. Jerika, Hannah, Ashley, all the staff and Mr. Davis explained everything thoroughly, made me feel so comfortable, no pain at all. I will be giving Platelets again in August. Please give to the blood bank. You or yours may need and shortage is a real thing.

I donate blood to them regularly on the bus, today I went to the office to donate platelets and RBC. Everyone there was polite and the area was clean. What made the day enjoyable and fun was the guy named Gabe, I think the term would be tech, he had a solid sense of humor that made you comfortable when you get stabbed by a needle and he kept checking on me and made sure I was good during the hour or so process. I didn’t catch the woman’s name but all in all you’ll be in good hands with the people here.

I donated my red blood cells on July 5th and still not received my $20 gift card despite a dozen calls to their headquarters. I will never donate with LifeSouth again. The whole experience was awful from beginning to the end. I’ve donate blood for 50 years and never treated so bad. Future donater’s beware of the promise to receive the $20 gift card although you gave your blood.

This was my first time donating blood. The ladies that work there, Maegan and Michelle, were kind and informative about the process and about the processes of other donations, like platelets and plasma. They were patient and thorough. I have deep veins, so she took the time to check both arms and find which she was more comfortable with. Once it came time for her to stick me, she was very quick and I barely felt it, what I did feel wasn’t even painful. They made sure I was feeling okay before, during, and after donating. This was a great experience and I will be back as soon as I can to donate again. If you are wanting to donate blood or anything else, please plan ahead and read about the process, they can be lengthy. Be prepared to sit for a while.

Sarah and Jericka or whatever her name was are two of the rudest and most condescending people I have ever dealt with. For a place that is in need of blood these people really don’t care. Will never go back. Took time out of my weekend to donate only to get turned away for no reason.

Today at around 3:00 I was in with my father who was donating blood for very first time. Two of the nurses were not helpful or friendly. Brought up wrong name even though they given license i.d and mistreated us. Very racist behavior. Asked what race we were until we said white therthere behavior straighten out a lol for a sec. Did not want to answer any questions. And were having private conversation about there personal life’s in front of us

I’ve donated before but only on the mobile donation buses. This was an experience. Not because it was my first time donating at a donation center but it was also my first time donating platelets as well. They strive (really strive) to make you as comfortable as possible and provide many amenities for you to choose from. They don’t have WiFi…..This put me in an odd place as I planned my 96 minutes to be on the internet either watching online TV shows, YouTube, or just “surfing.” So, needless to say, I found myself figuring out how to watch cable TV again lol. But the process was smooth and came with incentives. I’ll definitely come back here.
