I’ve been here multiple times it’s slowly declining, get there early you will be in and out. But my last 5 times new phlebotomist can’t hit my vein. The last time they made me feel like it was my fault. He dug and adjusted and left a knot on my elbow and was sore for 2 weeks. I feel like they need more training . And also if they miss they have to try again . Like If you miss your telling me you have to put me through that again .

I live in the Dayton area like 8 minutes away from that location, yet I elect to drive 40 minutes to the Hamilton location due to the hospitality and warmth of the employees there. Everyone from the nurses (Patti and Denee) to the screener (Traci, Angelica, Thomas, Raven and Aubry) to everyone in the back (Kristen, Amanda, Tonisha, Sir Smurf aka Steve, Keyona, Tia, Jasmine, all all others I forgot to mention) is absolutely WONDERFUL. I couldn’t imagine a better staff of smiling and lovely people working together in harmony and busting butt everytime I see them.

It was my first time, shouldn’t have been surprised places like this take advantage of the poor. (There was a lady there named missy) who was terrible. Bigger lady must’ve been mad at the fact she missed lunch, not the way you treat your customers “missy at csl”. Terrible try another plasma center not this one.
