To be fair im not sure why this place has gotten bad reviews and who hurt you….but I went here yesterday and was greeted right away, the lady that helped me and did my intake was super nice and friendly. Both ladies that hooked me up to donate explained everything to me in detail because it was my very first time donating ever. My first time here was great.

They have “the right to close” earlier than their posted hours, meaning whenever they want to. Drove a half an hour to donate only to find that they are falsely advertising their hours. I will not put up with garbage like this ever again. Nor should you.

The pay is fantastic but.. the employees aren’t all up to speed on everything that could affect your donation or protein levels or exactly why a blood sample failed when I had enough protein to donate that same day. And having to suffer financially for it when I get different answers from 5 different employees. Don’t go unless you want to risk playing with debt and betrayal

Avoid this place at all costs!!!. I wouldn’t go here because they are so unprofessional and unskilled. They’re constantly changing their so called rules and regulations to avoid paying for your plasma. My wife went and donated today at 2pm and was done by 3pm, they close at 4 pm and my wife still haven’t received her money. They actually told her if she doesn’t receive it by 4pm then come back in some time before her next donation and they will pay her but we know they’ll have an excuse for not paying her, they still owe her from a donation from last month. These people are frauds and I say this because they keep their name tags turned backwards so you can’t get their name and everyone there is a manager of some sort and there’s only two people there that are real phlebotomist, the other’s are learning on the job and if you don’t let them poke you twice, you only get 5 bucks and after sticking you twice and they still don’t get it, you still only get 5 bucks. Total frauds. Go anywhere else but here.

Teresa with blonde hair, you are a horrible employee, not only do you avoid people that were there first but you are very rude. You talked to other staff about the people who come in just cause someone doesn’t want to be poked by you. I hope you get fired because you purposely did the things you did cause your feelings got hurt.

Very unprofessional, rude staff. At least at CSL they actually acknowledge you. I had an employee not even say hello or announce themselves. She apparently hates her job and the donors, justleft me in the chair and walked away without saying anything. I had no idea what was going on. No wonder they dont have any business. They need to do personality training.

Some staff are very undertrained and watched a young man stick 5 people including myself and all had no flow and had to have a more experienced staff member correct everyone he had stuck .I myself keep being deferred no excuses such as I have severe bruising on my arm when there was non.
