I was a little nervous when I arrived but my experience here was great! I was asking questions about the process and it was very interesting to learn about. The staff was amazing and I loved connecting with them! When they started drawing blood they made sure I was comfortable. Super nice people. I had a big smile and I loved the feeling I had as I was walking out of the building.

Now that Vitalant has taken over I’m done. They call needing plasma and platelets so i make appointment and when i show up at time they scheduled. They told me “its to late in the day for that type of donation” I make another appointment and came back and they had overbooked told me to come back another day.
