Center is always so clean and well organized. Eric, Devin, Ray and so many others have always taken great care of me during my donations when I start getting sickly. They’re always so happy to see me, kind, gentle, and make great conversation. They drop whatever they’re doing (within reason) if I need a snack or drink to stop me from passing out, and encourage me to stay calm even if I’m a bit disoriented. I’m happy to refer the entirety of GCRBC to anyone, based on all of my experiences here.

Horrible experience with front desk receptionist Ray. I have doctors orders to be seen and have blood drawn for therapeutic reasons. I called ahead of time earlier in the morning to set my appointment as it was my only day off. The person who put me down reiterated to me that I would be coming in to have blood drawn on doctors orders so they were well aware. Ray said I was “two days too early” and turned me away, said there was nothing that could be done. I explained my situation but he could care less. I picked this location because my first experience was excellent with all other staff doing what they could to get me into the system despite some miscommunication between my doctor and the donation center but having driven really far to be turned away in a matter of seconds made me feel like my health didn’t matter. I also wasted my time and gas. Would not recommend.

I love going here to donate. Everybody from Rebecca at the front desk to the screeners and phlebotomist are great. They are all very nice and make the process so smooth and easy. Everybody has a great attitude every time I go. I’ve been going here for years and I’m always treated like if it was the first time. It makes the whole experience easier. Thank y’all!!! Highly recommended.

Wonder place to give blood. Not a big of needles but the people working at this office makes everything awesome. This is the place to go if you need to donate blood. Wonderful people , everyone smiling, clean environment, yummy snacks. And just awesome

Seeing the negative review left below concerns me. I’ve been going to the center now for 3-4 months and my first visit (and throughout many of my of my other visits since) was/have been with the staff member being singled out here. I assure you the descriptions as perception given is very very false. The center is very professional and all of the staff is very accommodating and friendly especially the young lady being singled out here. When I go in every few weeks I prefer her to take care of me so I find it hard believe another person had a polar opposite experience.

Great staff. Always friendly and fast. Place is clean and nice. Even have your own tv with cable while you give blood. Free snacks and drinks. Highly recommend to everyone.
