Staff is nice and professional, but I had a scheduled appointment for phlebotomy today and they were closed with only handwritten notice on the door indicating staff shortage. If patients are expected to show up for appointments, the least they can do is call to cancel before patients show up surprised.

I moved to the area in the past year and my wife and I have donated here several times and plan to continue. The staff here is very nice and efficient and the facility is modern and well designed. Importantly for us, they’ve dropped the masking requirement. If you are eligible to give blood, please do either at the center or one of their blood drives. You will definitely be treated with respect and appreciation by the staff.
