I like to first start off with saying that Octapharma has established a great atmosphere , they are thorough and clear on what your process is going to be like while you’re there. The reason I gave it a 2 star review is that of one of their employees (I didn’t get her name) but she has a star tattoo on her face, let me first start with her aura and how she carried a rude and non compassionate energy that really reflects in her service as an employee. She was very mechanical and carried a poor attitude the whole time she was getting my personal information. She showed a lack of character and a lack of work etiquette making me feel very uncomfortable! I mean every other employee was joyous and hustling hard to make sure every one’s time there was valuable and safe. I didn’t donate plasma to get funds but I donated because I believe in the benefits of plasma and the medical science behind it, after all I had a loved one saved due to a plasma transfusion during the pandemic, so I did my investigation in donating plasma and I was sold at trying to make a difference. Character is to praise in the work field (seeing that it’s lacking in our modern times) I thought maybe it was me she was being rude towards but I noticed she was like this with almost everyone that encountered her! I hope this reaches her and she can begin to do a self examination and start changing on how to see the customers that go through Octapharma! I was taught a lesson in life “ A little leaven, leaven’s the whole lump” one person can make an establishment look bad. I hope to here from the management soon! Thank you!

The people that work there are very helpful and have alot of experience . They are efficient in the way they get you in and out . I have not had any bad experiences and I have been donating for 2 yrs on and off . i Love the cleanliness. , Like the staff , The team in the back are really efficient , if you do your part drnk water , it will go fast on the donating part and then your paid . I have been doing donating at this location for the past 3 years. I would recommend this location to anyone that is looking to donate plasma. This place is very diligent kind and polite or when it comes to people donating their plasma they are very alerted when it comes to you having a reaction or a certain pain when donating. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family.

DONORS BEWARE! This company is shady as hell! I donated today June 21, 2023 and instead of being upfront with their clients, this company allowed donors to donate WITHOUT GETTING PAID! How unprofessional and morally wrong is that!?

I would have gave 5 stars, but the new donors fee are week. Only the first 2 donations are 100. And then it drops to 65.. Other centers offer at least 6 first donations myat 100.00. If not more. Other than that. It’s a great place to donate.

The staff in the back that hook you up and disconnect you are completely inappropriate. They DO NOT CHANGE THEIR GLOVES! They go from patient to patient without changing their gloves. I had to ask the person hooking me up to change their gloves and the person disconnecting me I watched her disconnect 4 people removing their needles and all with the same gloves she noticed me watching her and before she came to me she changed her gloves. It’s sad these people are literally putting people at risk for cross contamination. Be careful I went here because a friend asked me to help but I will never go again
