The staff are so great and attentive. They take their time to make the process comfortable and always working hard to ensure you get in and out as quickly as possible. Kate is super friendly and become a rockstar at the sticks and I always know I’m in good hands with Dom! Seems like they all get great training on the process to do it well.

Have had a very poor experience here the wait to be seen is usually an hour thirty plus. if you have any questions the nurse staff is snooty and rude they hang up on you if you have any questions on a simple thing like a spe check. 10 out of 10 do not recommend this this place.

This facility has an amazing staff (more specific Dom, Kate, Abigail, Greta, Cassie, Mary, Tyler, Katie). Everyone took the time out of your day to come check up on the people in the sections. What makes it more special is that they didn’t just check on just the sections (i.e. the machines) they checked on everyone individually. Feel safe and comfortable coming to the facility in Bloomington Indiana.

This place doesn’t care about their donor’s with tattoos. They are a privatized company that only cares about protecting the employees then make you look bad when it was their mistake. They don’t go the extra mile for us donor’s. You give them the answer’s you think they need, due to what they ask but then they cover their butt for their own good fortune when they were just as responsible as the donor is due to the misinformation they give us the donor. Very Unprofessional. Getting donors on the non-donor list for misinformation and blame the donor to protect their employee’s. Shame shame.

The facility itself is amazingly clean and professional. Definitely not the stereotypical clinic from the 90’s. Kate is an awesome employee, very thorough, knowledgeable, and kind through the entire process. A great way to save lives and earn.
