Freedom Plasma is the best place to go if you are interested in donating plasma, the employees are simply wonderful. The manager Noel is an amazing asset to this place. Noel is a very hands on manger and is always willing to help from what I have witnessed. Very professional place, and I fully recommend to give Freedom a try.

Most everyone is super nice. Facility is very clean. Only issue I have is Tuesday evenings are backed up a little. My appointment is always fir 6pm and I don’t usually get stuck until 6:45pm. Other than that, no complaints.

I really look forward to enjoying donating weekly with the support of a professional staff that posses every quality of awesomeness. I have made freedom plasma my home plasma donation center to donate. Today I donated my 319th time including all centers I’ve been too. 108 have been with freedom and I have never had a complaint. There have been no reasons to have one.

This was my first time donating plasma, and I will say it was a positive experience. Have already scheduled my next 2 appointments. Everyone I had interactions with were very kind and explained the process. The only thing negative was I didn’t realize how cold they have to keep it, layers next time.

If I could’ve I’d rate them minus five stars! where do I start, well it rook me 5 months to conveince the rude pple hating staff wirh the long waist length weave to beleive my sscard was really mine when I had done everythimg they had told me to then it was 2 mins too late or I wasnt wearing the color of the day, who knows anything it seemed like. terrible attitude!then they owe me 350 and tell me that I’m defered because someone I know tested pos for hep B? its noy me? they didnt want to pay me and I’m going as high as I have to to get whats owed to me Oh & they LIED! he was tested by 2 doctors they told him he was neg both times! so to get outta paying me they gave someone fasle information about their health, hmmm sounds like a lawyer might should know about that, dont it? It caused so much problems for everyone that a family member passed from a heart attack and I was diagnoised with aniexty and the person who doesnt have hep B now has PTSD! They never offtered to make it right and correct their mistake & pay ither one of us I didnt do it because it was fun not to mention my left arm is ruined for life, cant ever be used anywhere again! I tried 4 diff times to donate. On the third try I had everything correct and they accepted what I brought. It was a mailed letter to the address I was staying. The fourth time they said they didn’t accept it that it had to be a bill. I told the lady at the front I just moved here and am staying with someone all the bills are in there name. How can you accept the letter one time but not the other? She said she was going to talk to her manager but instead she just walked up to the person and turned back around never spoke to them. If I could give thid plave 0 stars I would. They are severely u professional and color biases! I honestly hate to say that but it’s true! The third time I checked in at 9 am as new donor and the ones that came in @10 as new donor was took back first. I say for two hours just waiting to be checked in. I love helping others and I was referred to come here. After 4 times trying and they keep changing what they accept and don’t accept it gets old as hell. ZERO STARS….

The staff here has been fantastic since I’ve been coming here but since moving from 6 donors per time slot to 8 it has become extremely long wait times. I will have to look into changing plasma places because now it takes me over 2 hours to complete the whole process.

I have been coming here since they first opened for almost a year now. The staff has always treated me with respect and has always made the donation process a breeze . Nole and gamal have always made sure my questions were answered and talks you through the donation process. This donation center is by far the most cleanest and attentive plasma center I have EVER been to . Gwen does an amazing job at sticking me every visit and makes it painless. I will always continue to be a loyal donor to freedom plasma. Your in the best hands with Gamal and Nole :))

I have donated now a couple times, and I can say Freedom Plasma is one of the better plasma donation centers in the Upstate . Rebecca, Morgan , Noel and Gamal are always there to answer any questions or concerns I may have regarding the process and are always very friendly and respectful. The cleanliness , the friendly staff and knowing I am in good hands really make me comfortable coming in
