I’ve been coming here for over two years. This place gets worse and worse EVERY TIME I come. The wait times are ridiculous. It doesn’t even matter what time you get there. I used to be in and out in less than two hours. Now it takes about two hours just to make it to the back and get put in a chair. Then they give you a number and you have to wait damn near another hour or more just to get the donation process started. They are ALWAYS short staffed. It seems like some of their employees they have really don’t even want to be there. They move sooooo slow. If I could give this place negative stars I most definitely would rate them -5 .

Firstly idk who the white gentleman with the ponytail is (black polo shirt wearer), but he is rude and interjects himself into donors conversations. He should be a bit more professional – at work.

My experience has been pretty good with the workers there up until today. I had a severe unprofessional interaction with JULIANA!!!

Although the staff was great, I waited an hour and a half on Wednesday and it said it was not busy online so I anticipated it would not take long. When I went to talk to the front desk, they told me there was two more people ahead of me and I would be waiting another 30 minutes. I planned it so that I could be there for a little bit and still have enough time to get ready and go to work because other donation Places it would take me an hour in total waiting and donating every time I go to this Biomat it takes almost 3 hours for the entire process. I had to leave that day I was upset because it took so long to get there only to have wasted more time from my day waiting not donating and coming home with nothing. Something needs to change.

I’m new here, and I’m sooooo glad I found this center. I already know many of them by name and they mine. I’ve only donated twice thus far, my next permitted date is Saturday 6/3 so when they actually say hello and add your name? WoW!!!!

I’ve been coming here for some time now, and ignoring a lot of issues, but the last 3 times I left and didn’t get paid for hours later, no one will answer the phones ever almost 100 calls in 3 days no answer, and 3 trips back to tell them I’m not paid is over board very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place everywhere else pays you instant when you’re unhooked without any issues

I’m sure it would be a great donation center, however, I was denied donation due to having a piercing in the last year, despite HHS guidelines stipulating 4 months is the required waiting period for piercings. Which again would be fine, if that information was clearly and effectively communicated. Instead, there’s no mention of it on their website, they said it’s their policy that they can’t clarify over the phone, and I wasted 30 minutes getting a physical and verifying my identity before being denied, despite even asking beforehand and telling them I’ve had a piercing within a year but over 6 months. Go to biolife if you’ve had a piercing in the last year.

This used to be a decent spot to go to been coming here for 4 years now.. but it’s really slow now.. some workers like to talk too much instead of insisting with donors.. I don’t know how u can be patient in a place like this now.. before was way better smh
