Over 30 people waiting and they only got 1 person doing vitals. once u do get seated staff are nice and doing their best. Got got hooked up after 2hr line wait. Suppose to be faster since they got new machines but seems like they are headed in wrong direction in time.

I’ve been coming here for 3 years and this place couldn’t be more professional and organized. I feel like every year they are getting better. All the staff is great. I love how festive they are during Halloween and Christmas time too! They even dress up in different themes and have doorway competitions, it’s so cool! All in all it’s a great experience.

Everyone who works there is very nice. They do the best they can even when they are short staffed. Today I had an appointment at 5:05. The center was packed with people. There were only two poor vitals technicians who looked overwhelmed with the 20 people waiting in line. Then the bed line was full –at least 13 people waiting. I knew it was going to takes at least 2 hours so I decided to cancel my appointment and cancel my appointment for Saturday as well. What’s the point of an appointment? Management please help your workers with more employes. They really work their butts off. Suggestion: space out the appointment times. You may get fewer donations but you won’t have donators leaving the center before they ever donated because of the crowd. Also why did the donation money go down 10$?

The staff at this location are nice and explain everything to ensure you understand everything. I’m giving 3 stars because our account was not updated and we could not make appointments online. I called 3 times and left messages and no one ever called me back. Meanwhile I get a notice that out incentive is expiring so hurry and make an appointment. Well I would if I could. It was not until someone called my husband because they lost his blood and he had to come in and get labs done again. Then we were able to get our accounts set up correctly. Almost felt like they do things on purpose so you don’t meet the incentive amount. If it was just my account but it was both our accounts.

They do a great job here. Professional and caring. The only thing that prevents them getting 5 stars is the wait time. There seems to only be 2-3 people checking us in everytime I’ve been there. My wait times have been at least 30 minutes every time I’ve been there. That kind of sucks. They could use a couple more people since they have open sections(beds).

In the past few weeks it is evident the standard work and changes that has been implemented have vastly improved all areas of the facility. Lowered wait times in both vitals check in and the time from vitals approved to sitting in a bed. The moral of the staff is so positive, they are happy, smiling and have changed the environment in a positive way. Leadership has really shined and they are not afraid to be on the floor to work side by side with the team. Great Job!!

Machines such. It takes 8 slow pulls. It takes forever once stuck. Facility and employees are fine but by God put some money on the machines and get faster ones like phoenix location otherwise your doing your employees a disservice, they are still gonna have mad patients.
