Disappointed! Today I was at this location for a therapeutic phlebotomy. First they demanded a prescription which I had to ask my medical office. After having obtained it, and filling out some papers, Mr. Pedro Benitez demanded that I send it to his email, being impossible for him to download it to print it. Then he asked me to send it by text msg to his phone, and it was not possible for him to print it either. I waited more than 40 minutes in all this process and in the end I had to leave without obtaining the service because this man does not know how to print a document or reduce it to print size. Oneblood must ensure the technical capabilities of the people in front of its offices. Mediocrity is the best qualifier.

Went in with my son that was trying to donate plasma for someone that has covid ,not knowing that we needed to make appointments online and fill out a form before they call you with a place where you can go . The men that works there started screaming at us that if my son has covid we weren’t aloud to go there …my son recovered from covid 19 that’s why he can donate and he has the negative test result to prove it . A lady that was waiting gave us the information we needed because the men that works in the lab was too rude to do so.

Called to find out about what it would take to donate plasma and the staff member that answered the phone was rude, short, and impossible to understand. They also didn’t say “good bye” they simply hung up the phone.
