The playlist is always bumpin’, I always know that I am in for a musical treat when I donate blood here. The staff and volunteers are very friendly and helpful. Overall, I have good experiences here.

Did my first time whole blood donation. Staffs are very professional and able to answer my questions and concerns.

With at work blood drives not happening during the COVID-19 shelter at home orders, this is a convenient place to continue making blood donations. Easy to reach and ample parking. They have COVID-19 protocols in place. Help someone out, schedule an appointment online to donate.

I gave blood 8 times at the Campbell Center and the service has always been outstanding. From the front desk warm welcome to the nursing staff, i only encountered efficient, personable and professional people. My appointment time was always respected.

This place is wonderful! I’ve been donating platelets and whole blood more frequently since March, 2020. Since we’re all avoiding so many gatherings, this has been a great place to socialize with all the appropriate Covid protocols. I feel safer here than anywhere else. They treat all of us donors so well.

I walk in and ask front desk if I have to wait now. She said no. Fill out paperwork and sit down to wait. 2 people come in after me and they have appointment so they just take them in first. Then I ask why you said no wait. She said because they have an appointment so they go first. Then why did she take me in when there’s an appointment. Never go back here again

I donate regularly and find the workers at SBC Campbell to be professional and friendly. They do their best to make you comfortable during the process.

Donating blood is the easiest helpful thing you can do! Total time there will take about 45min-1 hour due to pre-donation digital questionnaire and in-person interview (checking for evidence of drug use and other confidential admissions someone might be afraid to put on paper), as well as a 15 minute snack/wait time post-donation. The space is well lit with fun music and positive vibes all around and a respectful staff.

They do puncture. But they will just leave a bunch of bruises in your arm and waste your time – the staff here is not knowing what they are doing on people’s veins. Unable to puncture the way to get the blood flow!. (And they are prohibited to puncture the second time/switch arm.) It’s just a pity how low qualified our medical staff become. I have been a donor with SBC for 7 years but today was my first visit to this particular location. I can say, a shift in service level, in qualifications level is obvious..

Giving blood isn’t always fun, but this place really takes their patients seriously and makes things as easy as possible.
