Too bad experiences. Definitely will not be back to the Pontiac location. First time I waited over an hour in the designated area they told me to only to be told they don’t have time now even though I waited over an hour until I stood up to request what’s going on they sent me home. The next time I went at 7:00 a.m. when they opened and they said oh we don’t have time for you now possibly 10:00 a.m. or noon. Definitely not going back to that location

Everyone in this facility is rude except for Richard & Jennifer , they are amazing ! The staff on the other hand are very very impolite and extremely rude. Especially the older employee with the blonde haircut. Have had numerous times where I complained to management but it hasn’t been handle. Very clean establishment just an uncomfortable environment.

The manager Miss quoted the thank you gifts. $70 worth and I can’t miss quote the gas bill come the phone bill, the rent, the light bill Etc. People don’t want excuses and that’s what I got for the $70 that was not there from your Pontiac site on Baldwin.
