I love going to this center! The staff recognizes me and is so very friendly, along with asking how may day is going and they are so helpful to try and make the experience a positive and quick one. Most of the time I am in and out in an hour, except really busy times of the year when they are giving bonuses to donate then it might take 75-90 minutes. I would highly recommend this center! 🙂

This place scheduling people literally makes no sense what so ever. They way way over schedule people then you end up being there for 2 hours. And they seems like there is one person on staff who can actually take care of any problems other then normal goings. Seems like things would be slightly more organized for a medical ish facility. Also the older lady who runs the center is extremely fake nice and it’s pretty obvious and is actually very rude!

The staff at the Rockwell center are so nice and friendly each time I come in. Jessica S an spct is my favorite! I love when I get her for my stick. She does a wonderful job. Always friendly and professional!

If I could give no stars I would 13 years ago I went in to in to do my first visit had a rude old nurse who kept saying omg another tattoo she was very judgemental I left did not finish physical and called the front desk they said we will take care of it oh they did I got permitly deferred because that nurse said I lied about having a tattoo funny because I left due to her being judgemental over my tattoos did not know I was deferred never got told that when I called and complained about how I was treated made an appointment to go today because people told me they changed I would have to say I don’t agree I was told today that I’m permanently deferred and what happened does not matter they only cared what the lieing staff said and of course no mention of me calling on record

I’ve been donating regularly since the mid 90s (over 1000 times) and have appreciated the opportunity to help people while earning extra money! The process takes about an hour. In the “olden days” it took significantly longer and the pay was significantly less, so I’m as excited as ever about donating. The staff are friendly and always make donation a pleasant experience.
