It doesn’t matter if they know you by name or are meeting you for the first time, this Carter Blood location is so friendly and professional! This is my favorite location and Sherry greets me by name but she has a smile and warmth she shares with every donor that walks in the door! She is excellent at her job and I’m always happy to see her. This last time that I donated platelets, Reece took my donation and was SO sweet and attentive and did such a fantastic job. I didn’t even have a slight bruise, super impressive! I was offered snacks before during and after my donation and had no issues at all. The front desk lady is so friendly also and makes the experience effortless. I highly recommend Carter BloodCare and particularly, this location. (I’m sure all the locations are great!)
