Ive been coming here to donate since February. Its been a great experience and recently one of the girls, Lucy, has made it an even better experience. Not only does she make the process smooth and easy, she also makes it fun. She talks to me rather than having a straight face and there purley cause she has to (like 1 or 2 of the other girls there)

In general, this is a good place to donate. My donations usually don’t take longer than 1hr 30min from the time I walk through the door to when I walk out. However, I seem to have just had some bad luck lately with having my time wasted.

Usually I have a quick and easy experience here at Talecris but tonight was really rough. I had to wait 45 min after my appointment time before I even got hooked up to a machine. The workers are great and its obvious that they are trying their best but apparently they need to hire more flebs or reduce the number of donors that can come at a specific time.

okay, donating plasma is great, never had a problem with these folks, they are all friendly and awesome, my issue is the new cards . the old ones had an app to see the transaction statements and you could easily access your money. these new loyalty cards are eveything but convenient.

I’ve been going to this center for a couple years and it has been a positive experience. The staff tries to make the process quick and safe. I’ve never had any mishap that resulted in a deferral, like I have had at other plasma centers. So that’s a win in my book!

Great staff. Super easy to get appointments. Never super busy. The longest I’ve ever waited to get back was like 20 min. And that’s because I had to retake my blood pressure.

The staff are excellent and are good at what they do! However, there aren’t enough of them. Lately it’s been taking me almost an hour before I get in the chair, which is ridiculous. It’s also hard to make appointments because they are so understaffed.
