This place is very unprofessional the women that work there do not know how to communicate on a proper level. The nurse practitioner was very aggressive. I was not heard for the questions that I was asking do not go to this place. Some of the women look like they just woke up and got out of the bed walking around with a head scarfs on their head so unprofessional, they messed my husband up the first time and bust a vein in his arm so they do not know how to properly draw blood the nurse practitioner took me to the back to talk. She told me I couldn’t talk or ask any questions, and then proceeded to act like she wanted to fight me, and then all the other girls act like they wanted to fight getto

Everyone is Sooooooo nice here and really concerned that you are OK when you are in the chair donating. I had a problem with a donation not getting added to my card and called and Rosalind took care of it. They are really organized and very clean with wiping everything down after donating.

Aswell I want to clear up some names of a few that have never been apart of my last review, Ms. Lex, ashley , Madina, Glenisha, Moe, Porshia (all of the donor screening team) (fix up team) and. Have been and always completely professional. Aswell as all the new employees hired in the last month and a half. So a select few from the back are great and ALL THE STAFF UP FRONT are great. I can honestly say that I have not had any bad experience. The staff are normally nice and professional. I can only imagine how tired and burnt out they must be. So I commended them for their hard work especially dealing with so many people with different personalities and attitudes. I’m usually in and out. Sorry for the one’s who experience anything different. I’m a person who has very short patience but the atompshere and staff makes me feel relax. I would recommend them for sure. Thanks to the staff for your hard work and efforts. I can only imagine how you guys feel working from the time you clock in until it’s time to clock out trying to stay focus and professional and move fast as you can. While the customers who are complaining have no idea. Thanks to all for your hard work. It’s been almost been a year now. So far good.

Grace and Ashley have always made donations a good experience even when I have had any issues. Definitely need to give each of them a raise. This place is pathetic dont even waste your time. management is a joke staff has no sense of urgency. Because majority of the staff can’t even buy alcohol or tobacco products. So a bunch of female children struggling to be professional. Its some joke version of of Csl plasma on memorial dr . In Decatur Ga at least they move fast for there clients not just worried about flirting with all the boys. That show them a little attention

Haven’t been to this establishment in over a year it has changed dramatically. The phlebotomist are not trained at all , some girl bled all the way out on the chair and they took there sweet time to disinfect the area . There is one nurse in intake that is very friendly I just don’t remember her name .But I will not be returning .
