Being that it was my first time donating platelets, I had two AMAZING phlebotomists (Kim and Irene) who guided and cared for among everyone else on the staff. I was comfortable and well supplied with snacks! I struggled at the end with nausea but Kim and Irene stepped up to assist me. Lesson learned: no orange juice. I will be coming back to this location.

I don’t like needles. But the greater good of donating far exceeds a few moments of discomfort. Kim is an amazing, knowledgeable, professional, and very upbeat phlebotomist. She is a good reason to keep returning to this location. All the personnel are tops!

Enjoyed my donation at this Blood Center. Kim and Bobby were very friendly and attentive to me. They checked on me the whole time I was there. My donation lasted a lil over a hour and a half. No pain at all. I definitely will be returning here for my next donation. Thankyou!

I was a walk-in trying to donate. It was about half an hour before closing, but I thought I’d try, anyways. They were very friendly and showed be where to quickly work on the questionnaire. Overall, a seamless process from start to finish. Kim assisted me throughout.

The staff was very friendly, helped answer any questions about my donation, Courtney was my screener she was very thorough with her screening and Adriana was my phlebotomist she did an amazing job she’s always a delight to talk to and was basically pain free. Definitely will come back soon!!

The staff is fantastic. However they are over booked and under staffed. Everytime I come here I wait at least half an hour before anything happens. I won’t be returning anymore. I work to much to be throwing away my Saturdays like this.
